2. Datenspeicherung beim Besuch der Website (Server-Logfiles)

The provider of this website (in our case, our trusted hosting company) automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This information includes:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address (may be anonymized)

This data cannot be linked to specific individuals. We do not combine this data with data from other sources. The processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in ensuring the operational security and optimization of our website.

3. Contact Form and B2B Inquiries

If you submit inquiries to us via the contact form or by email, we will store the information you provide in the inquiry form—including the contact details you provide there (name, company, email address, phone number, and your technical project details)—for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

  • Legal basis: The processing of this data is carried out for the purpose of implementing pre-contractual measures or fulfilling a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or is based on our legitimate interest in effectively responding to customer inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention period: We do not disclose this data without your consent. We store your data for the duration of processing the inquiry as well as for the legally required retention periods under tax and corporate law (in Austria, generally 7 years for business transactions).

4. Cookies and Tracking Tools

Our website is intentionally designed to be minimalist and privacy-friendly (“Privacy by Design”). We do not use tracking tools (such as Google Analytics), advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel), or third-party cookies that require consent. Only technically necessary session cookies from our content management system, Grav, are processed to ensure the website functions properly. Consent via a cookie banner is therefore not legally required for this website.

5. Your Rights

You generally have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, data portability, withdraw consent, and object regarding the data we have stored about you.
